This place is awesome! I always go in confidence knowing that I will be quoted a fair price for a repair my car needs. I never get sold on other repairs, sometimes i get recommended on repairs that need to be done in the near future, but never forced into anything. I spent a lot of time and energy looking for the right fender flares for my old '77 Bronco. I talked with the team at Auto tech and they helped me identify and procure the right parts fast. There are some technical issues with the ordering and ensuring the right cut out size. They got it right the first time and everyone there is professional and it seems that they really care about you and your experience. I'll be back!

I find that Auto Tech Specialists [of 7950 Clairemont Mesa Blvd.] have THE ABSOLUTE BEST: Service and Price$* of ANY Mechanics Around!! I KNOW, because I've dealt with Plenty of Mechanics during my 34 Years Of Driving!! Plus, their staff is Super: Friendly, Courteous, and Kind!!** ....................................................................................................................................... *If you ask politely, the boss will actually look for DI$COUNT$ that you might be eligible for (Military for example)!! And I even got a FULL YEAR'S Warranty on the Big [and quite FAST] Job they did on my Mercedes!! ~ Why go Anywhere else?!! **I appreciated their inquiry as to whether or not I had a ride home, and then offered me one (for free of course).

I rarely take the time to complete these reviews, but my recent experience at Auto Tech Specialists deserves special recognition. This was my first experience taking my car for repair to this shop. From the moment I dropped off my vehicle, I was treated like a long time customer. My Mercedes needed body work, suspension repair and a new starter/battery. They handled everything very quickly and well below the estimates I had received from another service center. They even went the extra mile to repaint the bumper that had been painted a mottled color by another body shop after a fender bender a few years ago - at no additional cost. After picking up the vehicle, I noticed that the automatic headrest control wasn't working. ATS repaired it at no additional cost with no questions asked. Joe was great in providing prompt and complete communications and arranging for pick up and drop off service at my office. It's clear that customer service is the number one priority with these guys. My vehicle has never looked better thanks to Auto Tech Specialists. They've earned a customer for life.
