I am totally surprised by any negative review of this place. Faudi is who I always speak with and so far he has taken great care of all of my servicing needs. I have a 2007 Mitsubishi Eclipse - I love my car and despite the pressure to get a new one from friends/family, Faudi makes sure that every time I get my car back it is like new - when my A/C broke - He made sure to communicate and comfort me that he would have it blowing like Antarctica! And he did it, and for a REALLY good price - and believe me I shopped around. Since then, I have done spark plugs, transmission fluid exchange, battery and air filter service, rotors and breaks, and small fix with my windshield wiper functioning. Again, I got an estimate from the dealer before going to Faudi and he definitely came under their costs with excellent service. As for upselling, I asked him if he thought I should do a power steering flush due to mileage, and HE DID NOT UPSELL me. He was honest and told me that I did NOT need it yet. Honest, reasonable prices, great at communication, and Faudi makes you feel important. I am not sure what else you would want in a mechanic. They have to make money too, so maybe any negative reviews are based on entitled people who think they deserve way too much??? ALSO THEY GUARANTEE THEIR WORK - if you are not happy, then communicate with them - don't just write bad reviews. Personally, I obviously HIGHLY recommend!
They were awesome!... Yes I had to be back twice in one month but that was on my part... They took care of my car and even waved the labor fees.. They explained the problem in English so I understood and made me feel at ease... I will definitly be returning for not only their great customer service but for the honesty that they provide..
