They went out of their way to go to the nearby BMW dealership and pick up the part I needed to pass smog. That's service. Each staff member that I spoke with was very helpful and remembered my car and its issues from my first trip. Thank you very much!
I just took my Mercedes here for oil change & service. Great deal on service, it was actually cheaper than I would be able to buy the parts and oil for if I did it myself. They also fixed a brake light issue that has been intermittent. The cost for them to do all this was less than half of what I would have paid at the dealership for just the service. They found a crack in one of my rims and they offered to take care of the repair for me there, and they even recommended a place close by that would do it for cheaper if I wanted to go there. If you own a Mercedes and haven't been there I would suggest you give them a shot because in my opinion it is well worth it.
